The following basic technologies are implemented in the complex processes of the production lines of coproget for sheet metal and extruded parts.
Bending and stretch bending
We design and build numerically controlled bending/stretching machines. These machines are capable of producing profiles, sheets, and/or extrusions from any type of material, including high-strength materials, using dedicated tooling.
Roll forming
We design state-of-the-art roll forming lines capable of producing geometries with varying dimensions and/or materials, using rolls that are custom-built based on the information provided by our clients.
Cutting
We build tooling (dies) and cutting benches for sophisticated material separation and deep drawing operations.
Joining
We utilize a wide range of welding systems to join components, selecting the most suitable technology based on the specific requirements. Among the primary methods employed are MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding, known for its speed and versatility, and TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding, which offers precision and high quality for specialized materials.
